I feel day traders
- Do most amount of work. (daily grind)
- Make least amount of profit. (usually small capital, small profits)
- Pay most amount of tax. (short term capital gain tax)
- Get the least amount of sleep. (monitor daily movements)
While Value investors
- Do least amount of work. (buy/sell once in a few months/years)
- Make most amount of profit. (usually large capital)
- Pay least amount of taxes. (long term cap gain tax)
- Get the most amount of sleep. (do not monitor micro movements)
Day traders win unless they can literally tell the future on a daily basis.
