Let's see if there's any pickup in pace to the upside this week leading into Memorial Day weekend. I can't imagine another week of deep red here. The stock has been artificially suppressed by algorithms for months now.
Iran strikes could resume any time. Bad for all EM especially
Investing isn't that easy IMO. Most of the time moves like the last two trading days would have you believe that it's a failed breakout but in reality it's exactly the start of a large counter move, that defies initial logic. In other words, the point of most controversy tends to lead to major reversals. Right when you believe the next wave of negative news, like the war you quoted, could resume, a sharp turnaround ensues.
I agree. Now, due to algos, etfs and hypergamblers, most obvious reaction is usually the wrong one short term. On earnings date we had almost 15% spread between premarket and after market. For a 300 bn $ stock.
Things are getting really insane thats why I still try to stick to my own judgement and long term goals. Its not easy though, I admit.
I believe in this too.. bagholders unite
Hope so 🤞🏻
Except for the fact its chinese
Sell everything for Nvidia
JD is the typical deep value play. You are buying dying business with hope they would buyback fast enough so you end up well. It is completely fine bet, baba used to be there 3 years ago, one could understand why anyone would rotate from BABA to JD.
On the other hand BABA is building cloud empire. They are trying to build a great moat by full-stack AI bundling and economy of scale so only the few richest could enter the market as well. It is completely different play.
How would you say JD is dying? I go to Shanghai for work and literally everyone in our factory uses it. It’s how I heard about it.
The issue is people are now making this statement as these yields roughly top out and will drop within next few days or a week or so.
Looks more like a breakout to me.
There is no evidence yields are topping. Historically speaking 5% long bonds are not unusual at all, we could see higher easily.
What’s EM ?
