why is stock price barely moving

It’s NIO..it will dip anytime there is good news. Just how it’s been for the past, what, 4-5 years

This is great and all, but less cars were sold first quarter of 2026 v 4th quarter of 2025. Nio will return to losing money with this next earnings release and the stock will be justifiably hammered.

Bag holder here. Just sold most of my profitable positions in Nio, I may buy back at 4.99 next week.

All you do is complain about NIO and it's proving to do better and better.

Sell your shares and don't return, NIO seems to risky for your tolerance level. Good luck out there champ!

OHHHHHHH, Poodle!!

I have still have about 30k shares.

“All I do is complain about Nio”? Oh I don’t think so! I think they’re great cars, I might consider an EV if I could swap batteries like Nio, but U.S. will never allow them to be sold here.

Nevertheless I do have my eyes wide open when it comes to the short comings of Nio’s operating choices so far.

Neither Onvo or Firefly seem to be adding little or nothing to their profitability so far.

But the one thing I know for sure is that my investing journey, like my life, is mine and mine alone, so some asshat telling me to sell my holdings because I have hurt their feelings has not even a snowballs chance in hell of happening.

Pound sand.

You said you had 40k shares today, but here you say 30k. Full of lies

Trolling or are you really that dense? Almost every company in the world sells more during the end of year / holiday season compared to the beginning of the year.

Call it whatever turns you on.

I call it “facts”.

Seasonality my friend. Seasonality.

What kind of monkey compares consecutive quarters

u/Ok-Resist-6695 1· 25d ago

One that has concluded that profitability will be elusive for the first quarter.

You need to shift your perspective to long-term with this stock. At this point it’s all going to be profit margins and cash flow that will determine the valuation of this stock.
