Looking for Reliable Shoe Factories or Sourcing Agents (Consistent Daily Orders, Long-Term Partnership)

Investor summaryNeutral

A small Shopify brand owner is seeking footwear suppliers in China and Vietnam for long-term partnership.

Post body

Hi everyone,

I run a growing Shopify footwear and fashion accessories brand currently processing around 30–40 orders per day, and I’m looking to expand my supplier network in China and Vietnam.

I’m interested in building long-term partnerships with:

  • Direct footwear factories
  • OEM / private label manufacturers
  • Reliable sourcing agents with verified factory connections
  • Suppliers with low to medium MOQs
  • Strong quality control and consistent communication

We are focused on scaling and building stable, long-term supply relationships rather than one-off sourcing.

Before moving forward, we will carry out proper due diligence including:

  • Video calls / live factory walkthroughs
  • Product samples
  • Factory verification
  • Quality control checks

If you are a factory, sourcing agent, or have trusted referrals, please feel free to comment or DM with details, product catalog, MOQ, and WhatsApp/WeChat.

Thank you!

since you're looking for low-to-medium MOQs, China's Jinjiang (Fujian) or Wenzhou regions are huge for footwear and often have clusters of mid-sized factories willing to negotiate MOQs if you handle private labels. Vietnam is incredible for quality, but their MOQs tend to skew much higher unless you find a highly specialized boutique agent.

Stay firm on those live video walkthroughs—any agent worth their salt won't hesitate to hop on a WeChat call from the factory floor. Good luck with the scaling!

Since you are planning to conduct your own due diligence, it would be a smart move to look into qcadvisor to assist with your factory verification and quality control checks. Having a professional inspection service on the ground in China or Vietnam can really help you avoid common pitfalls and ensure you are working with reliable partners for your brand.

If you need help plugging your factory into a reliable 3PL, happy to assist. I handle all supply-side stuff for shopify-based founders who dont want all the hassle that comes with factory comms, so you just make the big decisions and then theyre enacted immediately. Dm me if that appeals

real factories will usually show production floor footage on video calls and can name their QC officer if you ask. for footwear, MOQ is often negotiable, most will drop their stated MOQ by 50% for a pilot order if you pitch a long-term partnership. always request a sample pair, but expect some differences between sample and bulk since factories often hand-pick samples. pre-shipment inspection costs about $300 and catches most quality issues before shipping.

btw, my ai sourcing agent SAM puts a spotlight on supplier reputation by cross-checking social and community signals for 40k+ chinese suppliers across 120+ categories. you can check out more about it at agenceocto.com.
