Question: im planning po to order from Alibaba but customized necklaces. So far sample palang ungkukunin ko. Magkaka additional taxes po bapag dating dito kahit 1 pc lang ng necklace design sample ung kukunin ko? Also, pag bulk na better ba may forwarder? Baka may recommendation kayo ng forwarder
