42k in June is something that will be achieved without any effort…

This number doesn’t even include meaningful contribution yet from the hot selling all-new top of the line ES9 which launched just 4 days before the month end. Also note huge increase (over 100%) in ONVO deliveries thanks to new L80!

NIO has become the number 1 seller in luxury market, surpassing the previous top seller AITO , fast approaching the total Huawei alliance of 5 brands !

Growing 62 % YoY in May and 68 % in Jan-May 2026 . No other brand comes even close; some popular names (like Xpeng) even going down in sales compared to last year

On the way to 500,000 sales this year with flagship HIGHER PRICED main NIO brand leading the way !! What a year it will be !

35k-40k as suspected. Now June needs the correct number for the guidance.

I was hoping for 85k, but I rather stick to logic than hope. The numbers are consistent and real good. June will be a turning point with the new models

Very good! June will bring +10.000 ES9 and + 5.000 ONVOs…. Will be a great Q2

1k more than Xiaomi and 5.5k more than Xpeng. Good numbers comparatively and in the middle of guidance. Everyone complaining just creates random ridiculous expectations and then gets upset when Nio doesn't meet them.

lol the ES8 is not having a difficult time staying over 10,000 sales. You can’t really have a “difficult time” while also staying over 10,000 sales for 7 consecutive months. Also the first months of the year are always the slowest in sales compared to end of the years, the fact that Nio has been able to increase year over year, while also dominating the high end suv chart, while also outselling Xpeng and Li Auto which are cheaper cars…. that’s incredible.

It absolutely is incredible.  Nio has executed brilliantly the last several months and has hit its stride.  When the market makers get behind this stock and let it fly, I believe we will see all time highs.  How high it goes is anyone’s guess but Nio is kicking ass right now in an extremely competitive industry.  This is going to be very interesting to watch the rest of the year and beyond.

Nio usually announce delivery number very late into the day when the numbers are bad. The fact, they release much earlier than Xpeng and Li auto means , this number of delivery is good.

ES9 has 21 weeks waiting time for new orders in China currently. The car is very competitively prised and NIO told that they had 50.000 + orders. I think we will see 10.000 ES9 in June, but we can wait and look who will be right.

Remind me one month!

u/heidelst 3· 12d ago

The real question is how many ES9 they are able to produce in one month. I think 10000 is totally realistic & like you said: waiting time of 21 weeks means 5 months of 10.000 ES9 deliveries...

u/Modulus3360 4· 12d ago

Why dropped? U expect ES9 and On L80 just launch this month, to deliver consistent numbers as June? Not possible. 37k is within the guidance. June will see massive delivery as new model enter 2nd month production.

Needs 42939-47939 in June to meet guidance.

u/Training_Dance474 16· 12d ago

With ES9 that will bring minimum 6-7.000 units more in June, we are at least in the mid of their guidance.

L80 and the refreshed ONVO models will also bring some volume.

I am pretty confident we will end up very close to the upper guidance
