Livraison Alibaba, première expérience
A user asks for advice on shipping costs and logistics options for their first import order via Alibaba.

Je me lance dans l’import/revente via Alibaba et je cherche des retours d’expérience sur ma première commande.
Ma commande :
• 50 pcs, dimensions 195×32,5×13 cm, 13 kg/pièce
• Prix marchandise : 1 273 €
• Livraison proposée par le fournisseur : express porte-à-porte (France), 8-9 jours, 250 €
Mes questions :
1. Ce prix de livraison vous semble raisonnable ?
2. Vaut-il mieux laisser le fournisseur gérer la livraison ou contacter un transporteur/transitaire de son côté ?
Si j’ai omis certains points importants, n’hésitez pas à me le faire savoir, je suis débutant et je n’ai que peu d’expérience.

650kg by express €250？It's not so good,maybe you can look for a freight forwarder to help you arrange the shipping.

J’ai l’impression que chaque fournisseur dispose de prix différents, je n’arrive pas à faire une moyenne cohérente.

The shipping cost is so low that it's impossible. Moreover, for express delivery, your size won't be accepted. Even if it's possible to ship, you still have to clear customs yourself. So it's best to find a shipping agent yourself. If you need it, I can recommend an agent that we have been cooperating with to you. Their service and price are both very good.
For a first import, many buyers start with the supplier managing the shipment because it keeps the process simpler.
The more important part is usually understanding exactly what is included in the delivery service (customs, duties, taxes, final delivery, etc.), rather than focusing only on the freight cost itself.
