China’s production cap means the market can’t just add endless new capacity when prices improve. So scale, cost control, and existing capacity matter a lot more.
Been watching 1378.HK for that reason. Hongqiao has the kind of integrated setup that can benefit when supply stays disciplined and pricing stays firm.
