Google will pay SpaceX $920M per month for compute
Google's $920M/mo deal with SpaceX for compute validates massive AI infrastructure demand and cloud scalability.
- Demonstrates Google's aggressive commitment to securing AI compute capacity to maintain competitive edge.
- Highlights the critical bottleneck in AI hardware, reinforcing the long-term value of infrastructure providers.
- Suggests strong revenue visibility for partners involved in high-performance computing supply chains.
- Massive operational expenditure may pressure short-term profit margins if AI monetization lags.
- Reliance on external providers like SpaceX indicates potential constraints in Google's own TPU/GPU availability.
He’s grift master B.
Circle jerk economy continues
Hows that spce position of yours going??
Dude’s user name is literally “gargle elon’s balls”
He's probably Elon
SpaceX has decreased the cost per kilogram to orbit by over 95% compared to historical industry standards by their rocket/booster reusability.
Those data centres need to be continuously upgraded to stay relevant. Electricity costs are also an obvious factor.
You don’t think the 25billion a year (just from rent) is enough to offset that?
If they increase this contract by 1897x then spacex can trade at 1x revenue. Yay!!
It’s also a very well known fact, Google own large positions in pretty much every major private tech company e.g. Databricks.
Google will probably be the biggest company in the world, by a large margin in the next 10 years
Space X is the most successful space entity of any type, including goverment ones. At doing space stuff.
The fact that Musk is a dipshit doesn't mean you should slander the 10s of thousands of engineers who accomplished this!
User name checks out
Lmao everyone is realizing lately that AI is a scam and it is in fact more expensive and less effective than people.
Welcome to the Ponzi scheme, SpaceX.
initial investment will be paid for in a few years
The GPUs will be obsolete in 2-3 years.
I'm not saying they are burning cash, but it's hard to tell whether it's profitable on the long term
Sleepy Don and his loyal cult!
