It happens time to time customs suddenly decides to actually check everything, it’s perfectly normal. Check with your seller sometimes it’s because of a HS issue and they haven’t responded to the logistics firm!

My seller keeps trying to communicate with Alibaba Logistics, but they are just saying we have to wait and there is a customs inspection. They are not even actually looking into I feel and just reading the tracking info.

I wonder if it was declared properly, was it DDP?

It was DDP

If DDP, might be a issue of misdeclaration - especially if you are not technically the IOR.

What would you say is the best way to do shipping so I can stop having customs delays? I now have an additional 2 packages being held up.
