DRAM crowd suffers the consequences of Greed, Arrogance and Stupidity
The author criticizes DRAM investors for ignoring cyclical risks and overhyping AI demand, predicting a market correction.
- Memory chip stocks are inherently cyclical, contradicting the narrative that they only go up due to AI.
- Market corrections often precede actual industry fundamental shifts, punishing late speculators.
- Low Forward PE ratios in this sector may be value traps rather than genuine opportunities.
Where are all the DRAM supporters?
Where is the infamous saying that memory is no longer cyclical or that memory stocks will only go up because "AI"?
Where are the speculators masquerading as investors who say just jump in the bandwagon until you see signs that memory chip shortage is correcting? Don't you know the market corrects faster than the real industry because it is always forward looking?
Where are all the value investors who screamed value just because the Forward PE is <10x?
Where are the arrogant people who felt they have the right to call Buffet dumb just because they got lucky with the semi trade?
Will these guys learn their lesson? Nope. They are too ignorant and too emotional for that. A generation of traders here have been wiped each time Reddit becomes enamored with a highly speculative stock that has already grown by leaps and bounds.
Nobody is more sure of themselves than a Bear Redditor that makes a post one after a couple of days of correction, only to dissapear when ATHs are back.
Because the price dropped a day? Is this your first time investing?
..meanwhile it's up 10% today 🤣
Typical bear behavior
Who hurt you?
Angry Man over here
Aren't they still up like 200% ydt though?
I didn’t buy DRAM. But I am sitting on a 100% gain in semis over the past three months so definitely not crying about a pull back
literally the crying mad wojak under a mask
Up 38% since may. Up 100% since launch. LOL
Almost $60 in the pre-market. Prolly close to $65 by EoD.
These posts are stupid and usually sour grapes. There's no sign of the AI trade stopping and a 4 percent pullback overall with 10 percent in hardware isn't unusual.
Reddit should stop assuming it knows anything.
I'll see you when Mu is at 1'500 later in the year.
Enjoy missing out on gains as per usual.

It’s back at 60. Not too late to delete this
Buddy, your chance to gloat was last Friday afternoon, not Monday morning when the premarket is showing a strong rebound.
Stern bears are kind of like Bear Stearns: neither are making any money these days
59 in pre market.
Dude's arranged marriage got canceled due to his poor investing skills.
