How is this legal
Author angrily claims NVDA CEO Jensen Huang illegally pumps stock by calling dips buying opportunities, predicting future lawsuits.
- The author perceives executive commentary as manipulative 'pumping' rather than legitimate guidance.
- Expectation of severe negative consequences including class action lawsuits and stock collapse.
- Implicit belief that current valuations are unsustainable and driven by hype rather than fundamentals.
This is what Jensen Huang said today !
“The AI kingmaker said investors should be “excited” about the market pullback, saying that it offers traders a buying opportunity.
*“**We’re at the beginning of it, and whatever happened to the stock market, you should be very happy because now you can buy at a discount,” ***Huang said*** about the future of artificial intelligence.”*
How can this even be legal? CEO of a public company DIRECTLY and OPENLY pumping the shares of his company and others… this is not talking about company’s business or prospects ; plain, simple conflict of interest in the most disgusting manner . Another Trump-like salesman!
There will be a class action lawsuits against all these kind of CEO’s when their stocks are revalued and collapse !
