"CC is a paradigm that is rapidly approaching because of regulatory regimes, privacy concerns, or the desire to accelerate other sensitive workloads. The entire computing industry recognizes the need to modify traditional thinking and security measures when

operating on data. NVIDIA is at the tip of this spear, collaborating with CPU partners, cloud service providers, and ISVs to ensure that the change from traditional accelerated workloads to confidential accelerated workloads is as inevitable and transparent as the change from HTTP to HTTPS. The need to accelerate high-performance workloads will only continue to grow in line with the equivalent need to ensure that those workloads remain secure."

So let me guess how the market will react to this:

Apple is wasting cap ex on AI. Appl goes down.

Nvdia is getting money from Apple, but AI is a bubble, so NVDA goes down.

Google and is part of the AI bubble, but it isn't NVDA, so GOOG will go up.

You forgot MSFT going down

u/Wrinkledwalnut00 3· 2d ago

I'm so sick of MSFT lately. Every little thing just tanks it more and more

🤣 dude

u/Gandalftron 12· 3d ago

Lol. You guessed it.  The fact of the matter is that the entire AI ecosystem STILL revolves around Nvidia and will got the foreseeable future.  I expect NVDA stock to make monster moves up and have steadily been building a 300k position.  Selling covered calls has been like a personal ATM machine thus far.

selling CC's on NVDA must hit like crack damn, legit could generate $10K/month doing that

Premiums are trash unless you're doing 30-45 days out and even then you need at least 100 contracts.

I was doing weeklies but it's not even worth it

How would one decide what strike and date to sell covered calls at?

u/softDisk-60 18· 3d ago

No, they are a google customer. How nice of them to take zero risk and offload it all to google.

Long term risk avoidance leads fo senility

Temporarily. The new V8 Inference TPUs also have the data in use encryption. I would expect Google to move the new Gemini Siri to those processors once they start implementing them.

It just strengthens their relationship. Google pays Apple 20B just to be the default search engine.

u/bartturner 1· 3d ago

That is for sure. Will think the cloud bill will likely be over $20 billion.

This is all so confusing. All that I understood is apple Google Nvidia are colluding and cooking up books.

u/bartturner 1· 2d ago

The new V8 inference TPUs has a similar data in use encryption capability.

So I would expect Google to move to using them as soon as they implement.

Google has seen 11 straight quarters of increasing margins with their cloud division. Then on top having to use Nvidia hardware instead of their own means Apple is going to have enormous cost with their new Gemini Siri.

Buy MU

Apple pivoting to Google AI must have been a huge turn off to Apple investors

u/Striking_Loss3579 1· 3d ago

I mean full port NVDA at this point

u/Dmitriy_1986 1· 3d ago

Each kettle and iron is already included in the price of NVDA.

LOOONG NVDA and Jensen the Great!
