Post body

Oracle reports earnings after the market closes today, and the big focus is its AI-driven growth story. The company has moved from a traditional database business into cloud and AI infrastructure. It also claims a large backlog of future cloud contracts, mostly tied to demand for AI computing power.

but now, the key question is how much of this can turn into real profit and steady cash flow. Oracle is spending heavily on data centers and AI infrastructure, and debt has also gone up. That makes it important to see whether revenue growth actually leads to stronger margins or just higher costs.

Competition is also strong, with AWS and Google Cloud already having scale advantages. So tonight is less about hype and more about proof. on x, i noticed some traders are positioning early through platforms that allow access to US stocks, giving them flexibility to react before the market opens, while others prefer to wait for earnings results before making any move. The main question im curious about is: is Oracle truly undervalued here, or is the AI optimism already priced in? whats your take

Oracle looks strong, but a lot of that optimism may already be priced in unless the earnings show profits improving faster than spending.

I am buying Oracle narrative. I might get slaughtered but I think this is a good entry.
