What's the equivalent of SPY for europeans?

Investor summaryNeutral

A WSB user who mistakenly bought a 3x inverse ETF (SPXS) as a European S&P 500 alternative asks for active trading ETF recommendations.

Post body

Got lucky with one of my stocks the other day, went 10x so I had a good chunk of cash to invest.

Figured I'd invest in S&P 500, however it turns out that those ETFs are exclusive to america.

Managed to find a european equivalent, ticker SPXS, and invested a chunk into it.

Started investing a year ago and I'm the chill kind of investor, I buy a stock and then check once a day, if even that...

Literally went an entire week without checking simply cause I forgot.

Yet while I was looking into S&P 500 apparently there are different types.

For instance Spy and spym(I think)

Spym is for long term investment, while Spy is more for trading actively.

Been tickling my curiousity and considered maybe I should try to actively trade that 2k rather.

Is there an equivalent to Spy available to europeans that's good for actively trading?

Or perhaps there are stocks that track a collection of european companies, if so then which is good for trading?

Otherwise what would be your suggestion to start actively trading?
