What's the $SPY equivalent for EU?

Got lucky with a stock going 10x.

Figured I'd finally invest in S&P 500, yet it seems those ETFs are limited to the US.

Invested in $SPXS, however while looking into it I found out that $SPY is a stock specifically for actively trading S&P 500.

Is there an EU equivalent stock to actively trade against the S&P 500 or maybe one that is a collection of european companies?

Started trading a year ago so not familiarized myself too much with the lingo, please be considerate 😅🙏
