The fact that we're in an AI bubble doesn't matter. Let the bubble pop. It literally doesn't mean anything.
Author argues AI bubble and market crashes are irrelevant as AGI will create a post-scarcity society where money and stocks cease to exist.
- AGI and the singularity are inevitable and on track for 2029, rendering short-term market fluctuations irrelevant.
- Tech giants like GOOG and AMZN are considered 'intelligent stocks' positioned for the AI future.
- The stock market and traditional concepts of value and money will become meaningless in a post-scarcity AGI society.
- Stocks like SBUX are deemed 'questionable' and inferior to AI-focused tech stocks.
A lot of you are shaking in your boots because you loaded up on questionable stocks like Lululemon and Starbucks.
And a lot of you loaded up on intelligent stocks like GOOG, AMZN, and APPL, but you're still shaking in your boots because you don't understand the future of the market.
Do you really think that in 5-10 years from now you're still going to be checking stock prices and your investment portfolios?
None of this matters.
Wake up. We're headed towards the fucking singularity and I'm tired of you mother fuckers whining and complaining about 5% drops and an AI bubble.
WHO GIVES A FUCK.
There's an AI bubble. We are in it. Okay.
It literally doesn't matter. And people are terrified of the bubble pricking and stocks dropping 70% overnight.
It's so funny to me because when you actually stop and think about it, even if the S&P500 did drop 70% overnight, it wouldn't actually matter or mean anything.
We're headed to AGI.
The technology is still being worked on, whether we like it or not, whether stocks drop 70% overnight, or not.
Ray Kurweil predicted in 1999 that AGI would be achieved in 2029. We're literally right on fucking track.
Stock prices can do whatever the fuck they want to do. It doesn't matter.
And the main point of all of this is that once AGI becomes realized, value and money won't mean anything anymore.
As Elon Musk said, "if you want something, you'll be able to just have it". This is called a post-scarcity society.
The stock market doesn't exist in a post-scarcity society.
That's why whenever I see one of you crashing out and losing your mind over prices falling, or being aboslutely terrified about a prolonged bear market, I can't help but giggle under my breath.
"Lol. Man, these guys really are getting so worked up over this. Don't they realize that none of this shit is gonna mean anything 5-10 years from now? Lmao."
