I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but what if thus is Elon's plan.
Launch SpaceX at an overvalued price. Let it ride up.
Merge Tesla and SpaceX through a SPAC.
Wait for valuation to correct down.
Leverage his shares to take Spacesla private again.
Ask while along the way the raised the capital needed to accelerate and fund the projects they went public for. Call it 3-5 years. It's there anything that would prevent this?
I'm not expecting this to happen. Just exploring the possibility.
