Do nothing and accept the capital will come from every other asset market. $75 billion is not going to materialize. Someone out there is going to sell Pepsi stock to buy SpaceX stock. Someone out there is going to sell actual bottles of Pepsi to buy SpaceX stock. People will sell their bodies to sell SpaceX stock and BTC and USC and ¥ and € and real estate and gold and the kitchen silverware. Someone somewhere is going to sell something to buy something else, the market value of the something else will temporarily drop, and there is nothing you can do about it.

If you want to buy, set a buy order at a price you would be comfortable paying, and if it fills, a sell order at a price you would not be comfortable paying. That is all.
