Well, the rally is back. I mean, come on, why, after literally dozens of undelivered deals between US and Iran the markets react positively on yet another POTUS's statement of "the deal is close"?
Is this a pure speculation over the pattern that proved to work so far all these times or is it that time the deal is really close?
