(Genuine question) i’m financially illiterate

I am concerned about any others in future (coming IPOs + any future bs new rules that may follow now that we have a precedent) even after space x. It affects not only stability but also integrity of my formerly trusted nasdaq tracker

Definitely too poor and lazy to DIY this. but what’s stopping someone from doing this and keeping OG rules? (maybe can omit the nasdaq name if it’s a legal thing?)
