Help Alibaba won’t let me upload photos proof format

I want to report a seller because their listing says minimum order for item is 1. It doesn’t let you purchase you have to send inquiry so I requested and they asked me in chat how many I wanted to buy I said 2. Then they asked for my home address and if I’m a seller or using the item for my self so I gave them my address and then said it is for me. They then tell me they cannot sell to me because it’s a minimum of 200 on order and they tell me it’s out of stock. I tried to report them but Alibaba won’t let me upload my screenshots from my iPhone and I tried to convert image of screenshots online and also uploaded to files and downloaded to photos but still won’t let me upload them to send report… what do I do ?
