Incorrect tracking information

My order page is showing a tracking no. which is not related to my shipment. It is going to a different city altogether. When I asked supplier he gave me a different tracking no. and asked me to check on d2d66.com. I’m concerned that the tracking no. available on alibaba is going to be delivered in a day and 2 whereas my shipment is going to take around 2 weeks.

I’m suspecting that order would be marked delivered when tracking no. given in the order is delivered. I’ve raised this with customer care and they’re asking me to check status in app. Whereas Supplier is asking me to check on d2d66.com. I’ve asked supplier to update correct info in order but he is not doing that.

How should I handle this ?
