Because there are reports that a SpaceX executive is planning to merge Tesla and SpaceX. If that deal actually happens and is successful, it could become the largest merger or acquisition deal in the world.

But in my opinion, "It's better to keep them as two companies. If they actually merge, problems might start to arise."
