My fidelity Account I use for investments has been BLOCKED for no explainable reason!
User's Fidelity account was permanently closed without clear reason, trapping their funds and prompting a plea for help.
- Fidelity permanently closed the account without a clear, explainable reason.
- Customer service was unhelpful and hung up when asked about withdrawing trapped funds.
I've been Blocked out of my fidelity Account with the notice " your account has been blocked. Sorry, your account has been blocked for security reasons. Call us so we can help. 800 343 3548" when I called I talked to "Mark" who seemed real friendly at first then after a friend hold to look into it came and told me" your fidelity account has been permanently closed, we think it's better if you do business with a different brokerage" I asked how can I atleast get my money transfered out of my account? He said "I will now terminate this call" and Now I've been completely screwed out of my account for NO foreseeable reason with my money trapped in it. Does anyone know a soulution to this, atleast how to get my money out? Because the money in there is not a small chunk of change to me, and will be a financial blow. I find this quite disturbing and thought Fidelity was a good institution, perhaps I was wrong
