Investor summaryNeutral
Author is building a factor ETF portfolio combining value and momentum, seeking advice on specific tickers and international exposure.
Bull points
- Combining value and momentum factors can capture different market premiums and diversify risk.
- Using ETFs simplifies the implementation of complex factor strategies.
Bear points
- Some available momentum ETFs like IDMO lack emerging market exposure, complicating a simplified global strategy.
- Waiting for new ETF launches introduces timing uncertainty and potential tracking risks.

iam thinking of doing the fellowing
15% fmtm 15% sgrt 30% avlv 20% idmo 20% jive or AVNV
i dont like idmo becuase it dont have emerging market i know there separate etf for momentum emerging market but i want to keep thing simple i want one etf momentum developed +emerging , i am waiting the international version of fmtm it should go live in August or September with em and dev in same etf
also iam hesitate between jive or avnv what you think?
