I want a custom frame who should i go to ?

Im looking to have a frame made for my animation sketches but im unsure what kind of manufacturer would make it for me? I've made some mock ups here of what i want it to look like ,my idea's probably don't translate that well on them though but really i just want my sketches to fit inside it and for for the frame roses to be kinda embossed and risen up a bit :) 3rd picture is supposed to be the back of it , and the last picture will be the final product

Im unsure what manufacturers to go to all the frame ones seem to handle wood , i though about a pin manufacturer but im unsure I've never gotten something of alibaba and im hesitant any advice would be great
