Did anyone here trade with companies from Laos ?

Hello forum. I have been trying to source products from Laos recently, but I am having difficulties to merely communicate with the companies : I only get an AI to chat and delay answers, but seemingly no human person ever took the pain to discuss (so of course I never get useful answers). I wonder if it is just a problem with translation so they let the AI do the job, or they just don't care enough to discuss ?
