Roth IRA transfer from Ej

I’ve had Edward jones for almost a year now and all I’m seeing is everyone saying they charge way too many fees and it gets worse as your money grows. I’m looking to transfer both to vanguard but have no idea what to put my funds in. I’ve seen on like the best is like a 80/20. Any ideas on what I should do with my money? As of right now 6/22 I’m up 8%.
