Joly traveled to China last week and met with officials from BYD Co., Chery Automobile Co., Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., and Shanghai Launch Automotive Technical Co., she told reporters Monday.
Also noted is that Tesla is taking advantage by shipping cars produced in China vs US to absorb as much of the 49k limit possible.
