How do you keep track of your different investing ideas

Throughout my time investing, I have struggled with this problem where I do research across different platforms and begin building conviction in a few different investments but I don't have a system to organize my ideas.

I have been trying to come up with a strategy that works for me but the only thing that I remain consistent with is taking notes on paper or in my iPhone notes.

I was curious if anyone else can relate to this problem and if anyone has a system that works for them?
