I lost it all.

Started around 10K, once made a peak around 150K and didnt ruined it immediately.

Now I fucked up my last 10k yesterday. Its all gone. This was all my savings. I wish I never met options. Way too many 0dtes and revenge trading. It felt like I lost control.

I have a job, only thing I can do is try to save it but even managing to save 1k a month feels really hard where I live.

While I understand nothing is more important than health, this shit gave me panic attacks and ptsd. I wont get in details and be dramatic but I feel crippled. My body is a mess.
