I have been trying to make an order in Alibaba for 11 days. I am exclusively getting responses from the two sellers' I am interested in ""Smart Assistant"", which, to my understanding, just means AI customer service that no one reads
They keep giving me timelines in the order of hours and then apologizing when overdue, I still haven't gotten a quote/price, estimated time of delivery, stock availability confirmation or anything, despite asking for these things in my first message and repeatedly after
This is a verified seller in alibaba with 13 years of operations. Is this just the norm?
