FRMI
Author questions why $FRMI crashed during the AI hype and asks if the current bounce is a dead cat bounce or a true bottom.
- Potential repricing of an overhyped IPO.
- Dilution concerns and execution risks.
I actually found $FRMI because it kept showing up on my screener while it was getting absolutely smoked during the AI hype. Seemed weird that everything AI-related was ripping while this thing was doing the exact opposite.
I’ve been digging into it a little, but I’m still trying to understand what actually caused the selloff. Was it just an overhyped IPO getting repriced, dilution concerns, execution risk, or did something fundamentally change with the company?
Also, for the chart people—does it look like the rounded bottom/“elbow” has already formed, or is this just another dead cat bounce before another leg down?
Not looking for hopium. If I’m missing something obvious, I’d rather hear the bear case than get blindsided later.
