Why Nasdaq bent the knee to Elon? Probably corruption and environment created by administration so blatantly corrupt on insider trading and the stock market in general that it feel like rules does not matter anymore.

Yet I don't understand why Nasdaq and other banks agreed to this spaceX IPO
