I held AMD for a bit. Was up 208%. Then last week happened. I fucked up my stop loss somehow. It fell to 173% up, and I thought "fuck it" and took my profit.

Now it's back up higher than when I had held it. I can't stop thinking of the money it cost me. It's stupid, I know. But you fucking regards must have some advice for getting out of my head so I can...well..fucknitnup again.
